Sunrise Residence is in San Benedetto del Tronto, one of the most characteristic places on the coast of Marche.
The town is characterized by promenade and the port, that is divided in commercial and tourist areas.
Especially south promenade is a striking area in Marche to walk by the sea because it’s decorated with many monuments as the work of steel with the sentence “Work, work, work, I prefer the noise of the sea”, the Monument to seagull Jonathan Livingston.
Also in the inner city, there are monuments (Gualtieri Tower, Holy Mary Cathedral), a lot of shops and many events during summer.
