Holidays in complete autonomy
The Sunrise Residence & Food offers itself as a valid alternative to the classic hotel room. The apartment solution guarantees greater freedom of space as it is much larger than hotel rooms. Our apartments are all completely new two-room apartments, they have a living room with equipped kitchen area and livable balconies + room with double bed and comfortable 4 square meter bathroom.

Everything "at your fingertips"
At Sunrise Residence & Food is easy to do if you have an equipped kitchen. The Sunrise Residence & Food is located directly on the beach in an advantageous and unique area both for purchasing basic necessities and for shopping; in fact, within a minute's walk we find a variety of commercial activities, food shops, bakeries, fishmongers, fruit and vegetable shops, pizzerias, typical products, laundry also self-service, tobacconists, beauty salons, bicycle rental, clothing, bars -pastry shops, post offices, pharmacies and last but not least the petrol station.

To experience the Riviera day and night
We are exactly in the summer tourist center of San Benedetto del Tronto on the beautiful seafront and in the evening it is an excellent excuse to go out also for dinner in the many restaurants, pubs and continue the evening on the promenade among the beach establishments that offer musical evenings, or visit the nearby thousand-year-old villages with evocative historical re-enactments and typical trattorias. Ask for information at Reception and we will advise you as best we can.

Our gastronomic offer
Inside the Residence, next to the reception, there is the bar-cafeteria where you can BUY hot drinks and fresh croissants every day! At lunchtime we offer summer dishes and national recipes, with average prices for each proposal. You can order and eat outside, in total relaxation in the garden under our gazebo just a stone's throw from your umbrella.
