What's included

" bed linen and towels (kit) per person;

» air conditioning throughout the apartment;

» 2 satellite TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room;

What is NOT included

" in the morning: cappuccino, coffee, milk, tea. Homemade brioches and cakes. At bar prices;
» for lunch, summer dishes and national recipes, average prices for each proposal. It is ordered and consumed outside in total relaxation in the garden under our gazebo, a stone's throw from your umbrella;
» additional bed linen € 7.00 per person;

» extra cleaning of the apartment with linen change € 60.00 for a single service. (The extra cleaning excludes, as it is the customer's responsibility: the kitchenette, the refrigerator, dishes in general and the removal of garbage from the bins).

CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: The stay begins at 16:00 on the day of arrival and ends by 9:00 on the day of departure.

For PAYMENTS there is an advance equal to 30% of the entire amount of the stay (extras excluded) as a deposit and balance strong> within the 10th day before the arrival date. Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard ). In case of cancellation up to the 15th day before arrival, the deposit will be returned in full. At Check-in the tourist tax will be paid (in cash) and a SECURITY DEPOSIT of € 150.00 in cash (per apartment), the latter will be returned upon departure after checking the apartment and equipment.

CONDITIONS: Surplus persons. Only the people named on the original booking and registered on arrival are allowed into the apartment, excess people are not accepted for any reason. Smoking is not permitted inside the Residence and the apartments. Everyone's behavior must not disturb the peace of others.

CLEANING: The customer undertakes to return the apartment in the same state in which it was delivered. The customer is obliged to return the kitchenette clean, to empty the refrigerator of all types of food, wash the dishes and pans and remove the rubbish from the bins. (The Management may withhold a penalty if not in order).

PETs: They are welcome, we accept one per apartment to be communicated at the time of booking. The requested sum is € 70.00 per week. The Management has the right to withhold the reimbursement for any damage caused by the animal during the stay from the security deposit paid by the Client upon arrival. In order to guarantee safety and ensure a peaceful stay and in the best sanitary conditions, all 4-legged friends must be used to living in an apartment and to the cleaning regime and compliance with some basic rules of coexistence: by municipal regulation access to the beach is allowed. In the common areas of the Residence, pets must be kept on a leash. In the apartments they cannot be left unattended for a long time. The owner is responsible for any disturbance and any damage caused to things and/or people.

Non-compliance with one of the points implies the cancellation of the Contract.
